What are the payment methods?
When purchasing online, you can choose to pay via ATM, using the payment reference, Apple and Google Pay, VISA and MasterCard.

How long does it take to receive my Jimmy?
From the time of purchase, you should receive your order within 3 working days. However, there may be delays during festive periods and new releases, as well as depending on the shipping location.
If you want to track your Jimmy, you can choose this option in the shipping methods and thus monitor the delivery status.
Can I change the delivery address after purchase?
If you want to change your address after payment has been made, contact our team providing the order number and requesting this change.
This request must be made as quickly as possible.
I'm from outside, but I love Jimmy. Can I order outside of Portugal?
We currently ship to mainland Portugal, islands and the European Union.
Will I receive exactly what I see in the photos?
Our images are captured in high definition to provide a detailed look at each piece.
While we seek to accurately represent our products, it is important to note that some variations may occur due to the unique nature of each raw material and manufacturing process.
However, we guarantee that the image accurately reflects the essence of the product you will receive.
I did not receive any confirmation email or tracking code. What can I do?
Depending on the type of payment chosen, the confirmation email may be in the spam folder.
If, after making the payment, the amount is withdrawn from your account, everything is fine, don't worry!
